The majority of people in the world live an “Unhealthy Lifestyle” that is so hard to change. Who doesn’t want to eat fast food, snacks, or desserts all the time? I mean, a lot of food business has been popping out and their ads will definitely make you drool. That yummy food will make you go on an eating spree.

It’s very easy to tell someone to drop this kind of lifestyle and start eating healthy but doing that is not easy at all.

Most people sure want to change and be healthy but the application honestly is overwhelming. Imagine eating everything you like all throughout the day for a long time while sitting or laying down in bed while watching Netflix or scrolling on social media, and then all of a sudden, change it to mindful eating with daily workouts and a routine to follow. Dude, that is impossible.

One common thing that happens after failing to follow the idea of being healthy is “guilt”. Like, after eating your meal, you feel guilty. While laying down doing nothing, you feel guilty as well. While ordering food online, you also feel guilty! You basically feel guilty for everything knowing that you shouldn’t be doing that.

Beat the Guilt.

The first step to healthy living is removing whatever guilt feelings you have. It’s okay to not change instantly. Take things slowly but surely.

Start off with water.

Basic, right?

Well, get this. Water will help you build a strong foundation and will definitely help you reach your goal of living a healthy lifestyle.

However, before we proceed with this water talk, let me just make everything clear. We are talking about drinking water and not any juice, coffee, boba, or anything like that, okay?

This is something you will not regret.

Setting up a goal is very easy but reaching that goal is where the challenge begins. It’s like a battle between you and yourself.

So, let’s start with water. How much water do you drink every day? Your body needs about 2.5ltrs of water each day. Are you hitting that?

It will help if you add reminders within your day to drink water so you won’t forget. Feel free to track it as well.

It’s also a great idea to carry a water bottle with you every time even when you’re just in your room to make sure you won’t skip or delay doing so. I know sometimes, it’s hard to get up and stop what you’re doing just to get some water from the kitchen.

Check this shaker out. It will be useful for you in the long run!
