As per Nick, “It’s about consistency, dedication, preparation, discipline, and sacrifice

He weighs 159 lbs from his first show in 2012 and 250 lbs from the Arnold Classic show. It is incredible how his physique evolved over time.

You gotta be willing to make the sacrifices needed to be at the top, you gotta be able to put the work in even when you don’t want to. You gotta be able to block out all the bullshit and put the work in.” Nick said. ” You just may shock yourself with what your capable of doing.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Comments on His Veins Tho

What’s his story with his veins and the calves in the front, I’ve never seen that before.
“…there’s definitely something going on there, it’s a little bit too thick, those veins. I would have this checked out.

AS shown in the video above, Nick explained that his veins don’t bother him at all and that he doesn’t have any issues with it either.

OMG! Look at the Shred!

OMG! Look at the Shred!

James Hollingshead admitted last week that he fucked up in the Olympia stage and what you saw is just a 75% James. It is impressive how he is not trying to justify anything but rather he is so open to improvement and he is aware of the mistakes made. He even left this remarkable quote for everyone, “When you fucked up, take that shit, own that shit, and change that shit.

Given the mindset that he has and that attitude he portrays, he is legit an inspiration not just for bodybuilders but for any individuals out there! He has the mindset of a real champion and success is definitely waiting for him.

A Surprise from James

Redcon just posted another video that shows James’ true shred! Check this out.

Look at that insane shred!

Justin Rodriguez ‘The new Victor Martinez’ ?

Justin Rodriguez ‘The new Victor Martinez’ ?

After getting his IFBB Pro card in 2016, Justin Rodriguez worked so hard in climbing his way up to the top. He is showing an incredible improvement over the years and is considered one of the most competitive bodybuilders out there.

Not only is he displaying a remarkable path in his career, but he is also showing a positive attitude that is a great influence on everyone.

Hey, Justin Rodriguez is just the 2021 Indy Pro Champion!!!

As well, this year is his 3rd appearance on the Olympia stage where he ranked 8th place overall.

Justin Rodriguez’s Walk to Fame

The first time Justin joined Mr. Olympia is in 2018 where he ranked 16th place in the open division. He did not compete in the Olympia stage the following year but he came back stronger in 2020. From 16th place, he climbed up to 10th place which is remarkably insane.

This year is definitely a step up for him as he got 8th place in Mr. Olympia. That is 2 place up from last year’s result. Not only that, it seems like his ranking even opened up a debate where people say he looks so much better than Iain Valliere who got the 7th place.

See this video for example.

People have been commenting how underrated Justin is. His physique looks way better than Iain and he should’ve gotten a higher rank. Feel free to check the comments on that Youtube video and you’ll see what people are talking about!

Anyway, given all those comments, debates, and stuff, I’m pretty sure that Justin will definitely make a blast on his next competition. Just see his latest post for example.

In just 3 Olympia appearances, he was able to cut his ranking to half which is totally impressive.

Here is Justin’s Previous Results

  • 2021
    • He won Indy Pro this year
    • 8th place in the Olympia
  • 2020
    • Ranked 10th place in the Olympia
    • 2nd in Chicago Pro Men’s Bodybuilding
    • 2nd in New York Pro Men’s Bodybuilding
  • 2019
    • 13th in Chicago Pro Men’s Bodybuilding
    • 5th in New York Pro
    • 5th in Indy Pro
  • 2018
    • 16th place in Mr. Olympia
    • 4th place in Tampa Pro
    • 3rd place in Chicago Pro
    • 3rd place in New York
    • 5th place in Indy Pro
    • 7th place in Arnold Classic
  • 2015
    • 9th place in Arnold Classic South America

It is noticeable how his rankings keep going up and that is so beautiful to look at.

Yet, there’s another year of improvement!

Given all those above, Justin just said in his latest post that he is in “under construction mode” which might probably going to show jaw-dropping results for next year.

Let me end this article with this cute post about him.

Regan Grimes – A Champ in the Making!

Regan Grimes – A Champ in the Making!

In 2020, Regan Grimes started to join the Olympia in which he ranked 15th place overall. He then joined again this year and got the same ranking. Although he isn’t able to get in the top 10 of the Olympia yet, Regan seems to be working on something that might take him to the top by next year or the following year.

This is a serious talk in the bodybuilding industry right now. Regan Grimes indeed has the potential in becoming the next Olympia champion. Well, it might not happen instantly but the road he is taking right now is on the way to the top!

If Regan works hard enough and keeps the fire lighting inside him, who knows? By next year he might be in the Top 10, then the following year, within the Top 5, and then next thing we know, he might be the standing as the champion!

Who is Regan Grimes in the bodybuilding industry anyway?

He indeed is something else!

Hey, Guess What?

The Serbian IFBB Bodybuilder Milos Sarcev (Милош Шарчев) confirmed that he is working with Regan Grimes now. This is rare and exceptional because Milos is not just some coach but is a bodybuilder himself who has this experience that will definitely help Regan let out his full potential!

Take a look at this recent post of Milos Sarcev on Youtube titled Project Mr. Olympia.

Well, how about that? Regan is definitely getting out there!

Just imagine how it’ll be for Regan Grimes!

If you don’t already know, Milos is the one responsible for getting a monster out of Dennis James!

Yes, he is Big Ramy’s coach!

So just imagine.

Regan Grimes will definitely become something else now that he is working with Milos Sarcev! I must say that this is definitely the right path for Regan.
